NCC Rates Airtel As The Best Network In Nigeria

Airtel has been declared the mobile telecommunications operator with the best service quality in the country by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

The NCC, in its audit report for March and April, said Airtel recorded the best performance in call set-up success rate, drop call rate, call completion rate and traffic channel congestion.

The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Airtel Nigeria, Rajan Swaroop, was elated at the commendation and said that the network was ready to improve on its performance.

    I totally agree with them second is Etisalat, third is Glo and last is MTN.

    I could not agree less. Airtel deserves it, but they should not relent and become useless like MTN.
