Sarah Ferguson Employs Stylist For Princess Beatrice After Wedding Hat Disaster!

Humm...some mothers could be really caring...though the Duchess of York wasn't invited to Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge's April (11) nuptials at Westminster Abbey, instead she chose to spend the big day in a remote Thai jungle.

Her daughters, Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, both attended but received criticism for their odd outfit choices - and although Ferguson insists her eldest daughter "looked beautiful", she employed a short-term fashion consultant to help Beatrice out.

She tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "After the wedding hat thing, I realised I wasn't there enough to go around the shops, so I pulled in the help of (stylist) Charlie Anderson for a few weeks.

"I think it is important that Beatrice doesn't get labelled as having a stylist, because she doesn't have one. She has done it all herself and has immaculate good taste but she was working so hard to get her degree that she didn't have time to go shopping..."

The headwear has since sold for $130,000 (£81,100) on eBay.com, with the proceeds benefiting Unicef and the Children in Crisis charity.
