Event after he heeded the advice- the ministry went ahead to put improve security parameters to forestall anything untoward at the off security risk venue.
A collage of security personel and bomb disposal unit was put on guard at the place.

ReplyDeleteWhile I do feel your write-up may not have been too harsh,the attempt to grab the headlines was.
I say this,if you were governor of Lagos state and in a more sane environment,say a first world country, would you release the venue for such a large program, or would you ask if the safety of every one attending can be vouched for? You and I understand that just a mere false cry of terror could cause a stampede and lead to deaths.
I would advise that we discuss issues rather than try grab headlines.it would come across better and make want to come back to your blog.it's just an advice.
