Boycott Petitions To Get Kim Kardashian Of TV Screens Gains Lots Of Signatures

Remember the petitions that went up sometime ago calling for a Kardashian boycott after Kim announced she was getting divorced? Well, one of them looks to be still going strong. Over a quarter of a million people have signed such an online petition.

At the time of this post, 374,076. people have listed their names on BoycottKim.com, which asserts that Kardashian, 31, has made a "mockery of American culture."

The petitioners pledge to "boycott the products sold & marketed" by the reality star and to never watch "any television show, movie or sex tape" that features her.

Additionally, boycotters won't shop in any stores that carry Kardashian-branded merchandise. The site features the logos of brands and stores affiliated with Kim and her famous family.

Sears is reportedly following the boycott, as they sell a line of clothing from the Kardashians. The boycott's anonymous co-founder says the short-term goal is to collect 350,000 signatures, which they have gotten over and above, but feels that 500,000 names would get Sears to re-think their Kardashian kollaboration.
