Joan,78, underwent the surgery despite concerns raised by her daughter and her family.

She is not shy about speaking about her surgery and now Joan Rivers has shown fans what happens when she goes under the knife.

Before the surgery she joked that she isn't going for 'a Chaz Bono' just a touch up.

Joan defiantly told her family: 'My body is a temple, and my temple needs redecorating.'

Also the star, who has undergone numerous cosmetic procedures said it would be her 734th surgery.
