Oprah Makes Pastor Joel Osteen Comment On Homosexuality And Repentance

The ever-smiling and charismatic pastor Joel Osteen, best-selling author and pastor of Lakewood Church in Texas says despite being sinners, the gays will be welcomed into heaven with open arms ... once they admit fault for their "sin,".

On Sunday night's episode of Oprah's Next Chapter, The Big O sat down for a controversial interview with Pastor Joel Osteen. You might know him best as the man of God who packs stadiums and churches, with people who come to listen to his uplifting inspirational messages of faith and hope. Joel has made quite a name out of being a "positive" force and voice for Christianity, but Oprah will stop at nothing to find the loop hole in his belief system.

During her interview, she point blank posed the question about homosexuality being a sin and pressed Joel for his stance on the topic. He assured her that in his point of view, as dictated by the bible, being gay is most definitely a "clear" sin. However, he quickly added that he also believes gay people will be welcomed into heaven and FORGIVEN for their "sin" on Earth, If only they will repent and ask God for forgiveness.
