Edo State 2012 Governorship Election: Ihonvbere And Imasuagbon Picks  Nomination Forms
With few weeks to the governorship primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) which will take place on 25th of February 2012, former Special Adviser to the President, Professor Julius Ihonvbere and Barrister Ken Imasuagbon, yesterday bought the N5.5million expression of interest and governorship nomination forms.

Ihonvbere asserted that, "My picking the forms signals a new dawn and an opportunity for Edo people to finally reap the benefit of our experience, exposure and loyalty to the party. I am very confident that I will win the primaries and PDP will win at the general election."

Imasuagbon who picked his form at about 11:45am at the state Secretariat of the party, stressed his sincere desire to pick the ticket of the PDP for face Governor Adams Oshiomhole in the July 14, governorship election and urged his fellow aspirants to eschew violence in their campaigns.

I for see blood shed in the Edo Election.The legacy of Adams Osholomele will give him victory.What exactly is PDP offering as a party?it is so strange that PDP cis battling to dominate Edo polity.It will not work.those sponsoring these pple should be ashamed of themselves b /cos they r old enough to retire and hands off from the game.Thier ideas r toooooo old for our modern Nigeria
