Despite being heavily pregnant with her second child, Kourtney Kardashian is so desperate to prove to the world that she is still a stylish babymama.

Well, almost did by showing how much of a slave to fashion she is, opting to wear towering Christian Louboutins instead of sensible flats and definitely paid the price.
As she tried to navigate some steps at Bryant Park in New York, the 32-year-old almost tripped and had to be helped by members of the public.
She was spotted pulling a hilarious face as she felt herself wavering.
