Invention Of Female Condoms With 'teeth' To Fight Rape: Questions Arising

South African Dr. Sonnet Ehlers was on call one night four decades ago when a devastated rape victim walked in. Her eyes were lifeless; she was like a breathing corpse.
"She looked at me and said, 'If only I had teeth down there,'" recalled Ehlers.
And about Forty years later, Rape-aXe was born.
According to Ehlers, the woman inserts the latex condom like a tampon. Jagged rows of teeth-like hooks line its inside and attach on a man's penis during penetration.

But now the question most ladies have been asking are:

When and how is the rape victim supposed to insert this?
Is this something you wear everyday? Or just when you “think you might get raped”?
How long do you keep it in?
Do you use the same one?  Or do they come in a box like other condoms?
So the woman is supposed to walk around with a teeth condom everyday?
If this condom is for a woman, why is it being demonstrated on a penis and looks like a regular condom?
... to the mother of all question..What if the man likes the bite, What do you do then?
