Eko Atlantic City Opening Ceremony (PHOTOS)

The opening ceremony of the first phase of the Eko Atlantic City took place in Lagos yesterday. Dignitaries in attendance include; Former US president Bill Clinton, President Goodluck Jonathan, Governor Fashola, Bola Tinubu and a host of others.

Eko Atlantic City is a  5-million-square-metre new city born from the Atlantic Ocean in Lagos and it is believed to be the first modern smart city in Africa to be built on reclaimed land from the Atlantic Ocean.
