The Ghanaian movie star last week met with officials of the Liberian Government including President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in his quest to re-launch his movie, “Bendu Sudan” in Monrovia later this year. Vicker was born to a Liberian Ghanaian mother and a Dutch father.
