Alhaji Aliko Dangote who happens to be the richest man in Africa is set to build the one of the world best hospital in Kano.
The Gigantic ultramodern medical structure which is a project of his Dangote Foundation promises to be the world's best 1000-bed capacity hospital. And will be constructed within the Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital in Kano. It has been already been named Mariya Sanusi Dantata and will cost N2 billion to erect.
The hospital would comprise of a diagnostic laboratory, 10 operating theatres, 3 intensive care units, patients’ wards and administrative/service rooms for doctors and nurses.
Explaining the rationale behind the medical theatre complex, Aliko Dangote said:
