 "Scandal" star Kerry Washington is the world's best-dressed woman, according to People magazine.

The 36-year-old, who last captured media attention in July after news of her secret marriage to Nigerian American football corner-back for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL) stunned fans, is coming off several fashion magazine covers including landing a coveted spread with Elle. She tops a list that includes stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Solange Knowles and Kate Bosworth.

Angelina Jolie is the highest-paid actress in Hollywood earning almost £5 million more than second-ranked Jennifer Lawrence in the past 12 months.

The 38-year-old star pocketed £21.5million between June 2012 and June 2013, which is £8.5million more than she earned last year.

Angelina's huge salary comes despite not starring in a movie since The Tourist alongside Johnny Depp three years ago.

Angelina Jolie's 4-Year-Old Daughter Gets $3,000 A Week For Her Role In "Maleficent"

Call it nepotism or call it a casting choice of convenience, Angelina Jolie has hired her young daughter Vivienne Jolie-Pitt for a role in the Disney film "Maleficent" -- and is paying her handsomely.

The 4-year-old Jolie-Pitt girl was paid a salary of $3,000 a week for her small role.

The twin filmed some of her scenes as a young Aurora on location in England last summer, with the movie set for release in 2014.

According to a minor's contract filed in court, Vivienne will also get $60 a day expenses, reports TMZ.com.

Angelina plays the title role in Disney's re-imagining of the classic fairy tale Sleeping Beauty, which is told from the evil Maleficent's point of view.
