It was a fitting tribute from Gaga, who spent Monday mingling with Donatella Versace at the fashion house's Milan HQ.

The 26-year-old sported a revealing cut-away red Versace dress and long brown wig as she was greeted by the fashion matriarch clutching a giant bouquet of roses.
She then posed with Donatella on the balcony of the posh Palazzo Versace - after changing into a platinum blonde wig and a sparkly gem-encrusted dress.
