Miley Cyrus Goes Topless For Rolling Stone Magazine
Miley Cyrus is on the cover of the Oct. 10 issue of Rolling Stone magazine, sticking out her signature tongue. The singer calls herself a "semi-nudist" in the mag and judging by the magazine's cover, that's quite an understatement.
As crazy as always.
