BEAUTY THURSDAY:::10 Amazing Natural Hair Care Ingredients You've Never Thought About

BEAUTY THURSDAY:10 Amazing Natural Hair Care Ingredients You've Never Thought About

The list of ingredients on an average hair care product can be
overwhelming. Who knows what all those multi-syllabic chemicals actually do
to your hair? With natural hair care products, you can give your hair the
benefit of nature's own healing properties without all of the chemicals.

Below is a list of ten natural ingredients that have amazing properties for
cleaning, moisturizing, and healing your hair. Organic and unrefined
versions of these ingredients are best because they will contain the most
nutrients.

*1. Shea Butter* – Shea butter is an emollient, which means that it
provides a layer of oil on the surface of your hair and reduces the amount
of moisture that is lost when your hair dries. Shea butter is especially
good for hair that is dry and damaged because it "seals" in the moisture
and nourishes the hair.

*2. Coconut Oil – *Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties that protect
against hair loss. It also contains Vitamin E, which keeps the scalp and
hair healthy. Coconut oil is another emollient that will keep hair
moisturised as well.

*3. Aloe Vera – *Aloe vera isn't just for sunburns – it can also treat many
hair problems. It cures dryness by adding moisture, which is actually
absorbed by the hair strands. This will also keep your hair looking healthy
and shiny. It also helps to moisturize a dry scalp.

*4. Vegetable Glycerin* – Vegetable glycerin is found in many hair products
because it is a strong humectant. This means that it easily retains water.
Like other natural hair care ingredients, it also creates a layer of oil on
the hair strand that holds in additional moisture.

*5. Jojoba Extract* – Jojoba is particularly good for treating dry, damaged
hair. It will relax and moisturize the scalp and prevent your hair from
getting split ends. If you have a problem with your hair being too oily,
jojoba can also dissolve some of the excess sebum clogging your hair
follicles.

BEAUTY THURSDAY:::Personal Health Tips For Healthy Skin And Beauty Care Products

When it comes to searching out truly natural and/or organic personal care products and beauty supplies, don't just trust the labels and names. In other words, to ensure you are really getting a 100% natural personal care product, you need to read the ingredients. Understandably, when you find a particular skin or hair product company that you are pleased with and have verified to be committed to organic and all natural products, your "ingredient investigation" will not require you to be as in-depth as you will need to be when first scouting the pure from the impure products.
