Wizkid Says He Is Not Worried About Performing To 'Empty Seats'

The Wizkid's Abuja Live Invasion concert which held last night at the prestigious International Conference Centre at Abuja was hunted with low turn out of fans and guests.

Those in attendance were taken aback at the unexpected embarrassing low turn out at the concert with Wizkid the head liner and guest appearances from label mates Skales, Niyola, Shaydee.

I don't think the tickets were the cause because regular tickets were N4k, V.I.P 10k, Table - N300/N500k. While very few regular seats were taken, others were literally empty. And the Starboy seem unperturbed about the event, going by his tweet:

The singer has been showing off his 2-year-old son, Boluwatife on his Instagram page....guess he is done hiding the child whose mother is believed to be Oluwanishola Ogudugu.

Yesterday the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) placed a ban on The Matter  by Maleek Berry feat. Wizkid  and Man of the Year by Phyno, obviously because of their lewd lyrics.

National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) Bans Wizkid's 'The Matter' & Phyno's 'Man Of The Year' Songs

The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has instructed radio stations not to play the following songs:

1. The Matter  by Maleek Berry feat. Wizkid 
2. Man of the Year by Phyno

This was disclosed earlier by Multi-Award winning Radio/TV OAP, Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi.

Wizkid was ranked was the most searched Nigerian entertainer in July defeating Mercy Johnson–Okojie, who held the top spot for the past two years back to back. Funke Akindele came second while Mercy Johnson came third.
