In a viral video that appeared on the Internet over the weekend, Hollywood producer Tyler Perry is seen laying hands on Bishop T.D. Jakes during a worship service at The Potter's House in Dallas, Texas. Perry also donated $1 million to the youth center but some Christians have strongly criticised this event.
After the service, a photo of the incident was posted on the T.D. Jakes Ministries Facebook page, with he captioned:
Tyler Perry is an American actor, director, screenwriter, playwright, producer, author, and songwriter, whose family movies often include religious themes.

ReplyDeleteTransfer of spirits from a producer who has produced movies where he curses, and I have to cover my eyes because of slightly raunchy scenes, I definitely wouldn't want him laying hands on me.

ReplyDeleteJakes and Perry have known each other for years.Like I said before somewhere and I will say it again here, Jakes and Perry have an existing ministry, business and personal relationship. This is not the first time Perry has contributed significantly to his projects or to other ministries.

ReplyDeleteI thought it was so beautiful that a man of God received a blessing of hands played upon him he's blessed so many its his then to receive a blessing and there was nothing wrong with it . God forgive whoever saw Id wrong. May The Lord bless you and open your eyes to see the beauty in it
