The singer who clocked 27 today received quite a handful of gift items ranging from a $25, 000 Rolex watch from his manager/partner Ubi Franklin, one of the world's most expensive perfumes from his current girlfriend and assorted cakes from his friends and business partners.

Meanwhile, the official party will be taking place later tonight at No. 31, Victoria Aronbinke Lekki Phase 1. The party starts at 10pm.

Iyanya Finally Recovers Twitter Account From Hackers

Iyanya announced last week that his Twitter and Facebook accounts were hacked.

Unlike other celebrities whose accounts have been allegedly hacked, nothing sinister was  posted by Iyanya's hackers...smiles...good guys.

Lagos Deputy Governor Slams Iyanya’s Female Dancer For Exposing Her Ass While Dancing (PHOTOS)

Iyanya and his talented dancers performed to the delight of fans at the closing ceremony of the MTN Lagos Street Soccer at the Campos Mini Stadium in Lagos Island.

But the Lagos state Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs) Adejoke Orelope Adefulire was totally disgusted at one of Iyanya’s female dancers.

Deputy Governor: I guess you are professional dancers?

Iyanya’s Dancers: Yes ma!

Deputy Governor: If you must entertain without pants on, certainly not in a gathering like this. Just see how you are disgracing and degrading womanhood. Don’t try it again.

Iyanya Signs Multi-million Naira Contract With SOLO Phone Company

He was signed onto Solo Phones Nig as their new brand ambassador. The one year contract is worth $220,000 (over N35 Million) accompanied with a brand new 2013 Toyota Prado.

P-Square And Iyanya Nominated For The 2013 Soul Train Awards

Some hours ago Nigerian superstars P-Square got nominated for the 2013 MTV EMA (Europe Music Awards) and now the duo have landed another nomination for the 2013 Soul Train Awards. They earned a nomination for the 'Best International Performance' category alongside Iyanya, for their hit songs “Personally” and “Ur Waist” respectively.

Kendrick Lamar was also nominated in six categories, while Miguel, Justin Timberlake, Robin Thicke, Chris Brown and Tamar Braxton all landed five nominations.

The 2013 Soul Train Awards will be hosted by actor-comedian Anthony Anderson. It is scheduled to take place at The Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada November 8 and it is slated to air at 9 PM EST/PST December 1 on CENTRIC and BET.
