Surprisingly, Whitney Houston's 'secret son' is to inherit a staggering £20 million fortune from the late singer.
Nick Gordon was taken in by the star as a troubled youngster when she was living in Atlanta, Georgia and though was never formely adpopted was considered her son and even called her "mum" according to The Sun.
According to Entertainmentwise,
A family insider revealed: "Nick was family, she loved him as much as any mother could love a child. Whitney wanted to save Nick - even if she couldn't save herself."
The 22 year-old became an older brother to sister Bobbi Kristina and is said to have been comforting the youngster since the multi-award winner was found dead two weeks ago.
Even if the 'I Will Always Love You' singer did not make legal arrangements for her 'son' to inherit part of her fortune, the source is conviced that her daughter will make sure he is cared for.

The source went on: "If he is not written into her will and everything goes to Bobbi, then it will only be because it was written before she took Nick into her family."
"If that's the case, Bobbi will make sure Nick is taken care of because it's what her mum would have wanted and he's like a brother." They added.
Issues over inheritance are the last thing on the mind of Whitney's family who are still reeling from the shock death of the singer.
Her 18 year-old daughter is said to be devastated and lost following her death and the family fear it may push her over the edge.
Both Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon have difficult pasts.
The 22 year-old was charged with gun possession in 2011 when he pulled a gun to stop a fight between his adopted sister and her ex-boyfriend.
Troubled teen Bobbi Kristina was also arrested for possession of alcohol as a minor during the same incident according to Digital Spy.
