PHOTOS: Khloe Kardashian's Butt Pad Gone Wrong

Khloe spotted a  high-waisted black trousers and a black-and-white blouse, which looked almost perfect on her except for her Silicone Padded Panties getting in the way.
Its all good. Instead of butt injections she decided to go for a padded butt. Great choice...lol.
