You've got to be kidding me...lol.
The mild drama occurred during the verification of certificates of primary school teachers in Edo State.
One teacher, Mrs. Augusta Odemwinge in Asologun Primary School, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area of the state could not read a sworn affidavit she purportedly tendered as part of her credentials...what a shame.
Governor Adams Oshiomhole was forced to asked her: “if you can't read, what do you teach the pupils, what do you write on the board?”
According to reports, when Mrs. Odemwinge took her turn during the verification exercise, governor Oshiomhole, who listened to her defence, asked her to read the affidavit she presented, but she stuttered, to the amazement of everybody around.

How did she get the job as a teacher? Must you be a teacher? By the way which school did she attend? And what even qualified her to be a teacher in the first place?
Why am I not surprised?
ReplyDeleteInstead of the Governor to sack those lazy illiterate teachers and employ fresh brains, he is there petting them.
