Davido Denies Arrest For Spending Fake Currency

Davido, has refuted the recent rumour that he was arrested in a Budapest nightclub, for spending fake currency.

On Thursday, the story went viral, that the Dami Duro crooner, who is currently on a tour of Europe, along with his brother Adewale Adeleke and manager Kamal Ajiboye, were in police trouble for using fake euros to pay for drinks.

However, they have sent out a press release to debunk the purported story...read it below:

Prezzo Denies Plans To Marry Goldie

In a recent interview with a Kenyan website, Prezzo in strong terms refuted the recent rumour that he and the late Nigerian pop singer Goldie were planning to get married...in fact this was what he said about the whole marriage thing:

"What? I'm really shocked to hear this. I've actually heard it for the first time from you. That's a big lie though. If we were really getting married I would be in Nigeria or she (Goldie) in Kenya. Those are just fake stories created by blogs," 

Goldie and Prezzo met at the Big Brother house and have been friends ever since...even attending events together. Goldie has visited Prezzo in Kenya while Prezzo has also been a frequent visitor of Nigeria.

Enugu State Governor, Sullivan Chime Dies In India?

A heavy cloak of mourning may have fallen again on the Nigeria once more today as rumours of Governor Sullivan Chime’s death filters in. Shortly after the death of Governor Patrick Yakowa of Kaduna State was announced.

It was said in a rumor going around that he gave up the ghost in India.

The late Governor, His Excellency Sullivan Chime was said to have been battling with an undisclosed illness for some months now. And when citizens of the State began questioning his prolonged absence from Enugu, the officials gave a story that he was on a long vacation accrued over some period of years.
