Dbanj And Don Jazzy Reach Amicable Agreement To Protect Mo Hit' As Don Jazzy Confirms Split On Twitter

The end has finally come to the warring partners of Mo'Hit Records, D Banji (Dapo Oyebanji) and Don Jazzy (Michael Collins Ajereh).

The pair have reached an amicable agreement in a meeting recently held on wednesday March, 14 2012 at the  estranged Mo Hit leaders home.

Dbanj returned to the country on Tuesday March 13 2012 from a foreign trip highlighted with a highly controversial interview abroad.

He had laid claim to the leadership and ownership of the successful musical enterprise that is Mo Hit's contrary to wide spread believe and information on the group's news that put him as second fiddle operating under the title ' Vice President'

The award winning artiste had tagged celebrated producer and wide spread acknowledged head man of Mo Hit, Don Jazzy as his artiste in the interview that confirmed the simmering war on Ebony Magazine and posted on the publication's official website.

The move interpreted as a grave twist that might irrevocable damage the relationship of the celebrated figures- and mar their success opened up the flood of intervention from stake holders.

The Wednesday March 14 truce initiative was spearheaded by friend of the duo- Chidi, a former boss at the company known as Mtec.

Details of discussions at the meeting- all participants- are still sketchy

Informant however confirmed that the duo agreed to stop public prosecution of their differences and to live separately.

Don Jazzy is said to have secured a new apartment at Lekki phase1, Lagos state as part of the agreement.

They are said also quietly mapping out new working agreements- this meant to safe guard the value of the brand 'Mo Hits'

The duo were made to realise a messy public fight will plummet the reckoning the trade name enjoys- and make nonsense of the collective years of toil of the duo.

Meanwhile, Mo Hits president Don jazzy has confirmed the split between him and his former artist D'banj . He confirmed via his twitter account. see his tweets below.
