Five workers and a student research assistant at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Kim Kardashian gave birth some weeks ago have been fired over privacy breaches involving patient medical records.
TMZ has learned that Kim was contacted by the hospital to let her know she was one of the patients who had her medical records "improperly accessed".
The Kardashian family had earlier suspected that information was leaking from the hospital after various media reports surfaced with certain information about the birth of her daughter North West, that she hadn't told anyone.
TMZ also said, Kim was glad the hospital contacted her and is happy that action was taken against the workers.
They deserve to be fired and even punished. What were they thinking?
