The Governor speech was presented by the state Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Anita Evbuomwan. He commended the management of NYSC for its collaboration with INEC in the 2011 general election.

We appreciate all the stakeholders for ensuring compliance with the 'one man, one vote' campaign, which had culminated in transparent and credible election applauded by Nigerians, including local and foreign observers," the Governor said.
