The wedding took place at Iyamho, near Auchi, Edo State hometown of the bride.
The traditional wedding kicked off with a minute silence in honour of the wife of the governor, Mrs Clara Oshiomhole, who died in December, last year.
The fun-filled ceremony was further spiced up when the Oshiomhole family's head on behalf of the bride's father collected the bride price which was one naira.
Among those who advised the couple were the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal and Mother of the Day, Mrs Roli Uduaghan, wife of Delta State governor.
The couple's friends, who flew in from the United States where they both trained as medical doctors joined them in dancing to African tunes delivered by Etsako music maestro, Bolivia Junior and Eno Louis, among others.
