Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Considering Divorce? Facts Emerges

They have been married just eight short weeks but their marriage is said to be crumbling.

And despite newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries stepping out for a double date last night, sources claim the couple are already heading for divorce.

Kris parties with other girls while Kim works and goes out without him. Now, new reports claim she visited a top divorce lawyer!

Shocking new reports claim that Kim is miserable in her marriage with NBA star Kris Humphries and that her family completely supports her ending their two-month marriage. We told you Kris has been partying on multiple late-nights in NYC — and now a new report claims he's talking to his ex-girlfriend too!

"He's breaking Kim's heart," a source tells Star. "Originally he was supposed to come to New York for a guys' weekend, but at the last minute he switched it to Miami. I guess he thought that way they could drink and do whatever they wanted without Kim finding out."

Life and Style magazine goes on to claim that Kris partied at LIV nightclub at Miami's Fontainebleau Hotel on Sept. 30 and Kris was "acting like a single man."

The two girls, Lauren and Jill tweeted things like: "Just danced in Kris' lap — Sorry Kim!"

We told you that Kim is fed up with Kris' lax lifestyle while she's been traveling to places like Dubai. She's upset that Kris spends his time solely working out and hitting the town. Granted he can't help the fact that there's an NBA lockout — even his sister-in-law Khloe Kardashian's hubby Lamar Odom is technically out of a job too!

Life & Style adds fuel to this damning evidence by reporting that Kim's family "hates" Kris. Claiming momager  Kris Jenner, brother-in-law Scott Disick and Khloe all "play nice" for the cameras and that behind closed doors they can't stand to be around him.

The magazine adds that on Kris' recent trip to Toronto, he attempted to hang out with his long-time ex-girlfriend Bianka Kamber and had his buddies text her to meet them at a sushi restaurant.

The magazine also spoke to a Kourtney & Kim Take New York producer who said: 'Kim's mapping out 2012, including holidays, and Kris isn't a part of it. Any itineraries for the future don't include Kris very much.'

Recently, the couple braved the swirling rumours and put on a brave face as they dined out together in New York.

But it was not a romantic dinner for two as they were joined by Kim's sister Kourtney and her boyfriend Scott Disick at the Big Apple's Hurricane Club.

While the eldest Kardashian sister and her boyfriend were seen firmly holding hands Kim and Kris were not so tactile and appeared glum as they arrived at the eatery.

Are Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' splitting already? Eye-witness reports of their matrimonial discord have surfaced and the two seem to be spending a lot of time apart. HollywoodLife.com asked Beverly Hills body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass to analyze Kim and Kris' wedding special and new photos of the couple to determine what's up. She tells us that they aren't attracted to each other and their marriage is all for the sake of the cameras!

"She is totally ignoring him, even though she has her hand out," Dr. Glass says.

And how Kris walks in front of Kim is a big indicator of the state of their relationship. "When a man walks in front of a woman, it shows disrespect and ignorance."

Based on this photo, Dr. Glass believes that things between the couple aren't very good in the bedroom either. "Their bodies are turned so differently that their sex life must be just horrible."

As for their wedding special, Dr. Glass explains it was basically a made-for-TV movie. "They are miles apart and that there is no emotional connection between them. Kris gave Kim a wet kiss and Kim gave him a dry kiss. It's obvious that that she is repulsed by him! Their whole wedding was contrived. Their smiles were contrived. Their wedding was a very nice, made-for-TV movie with two actors."

"Kim and Kris' marriage is a sham and a shame! There is something very suspicious about their relationship. The body doesn't lie! The truth always leaks out," Dr. Glass claims.
