Group Volunteers To Sponsor The Education Of The 15-Year-Old Boy Who Flew Arik Air From Benin To Lagos Hiding In A Tyre

De Raufs, a volunteer group extolling the virtues of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Governor of Osun State, has volunteered to sponsor 15-year-old stowaway teenager, Daniel Oikhena, who hid in the tyre compartment of Arik Air flight from Benin to Lagos.
In a statement signed by the Director General of the group, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, the group is ready to give scholarship to Daniel up to university level and help him realise his dream of travelling by air legitimately.
Shittu said:
“Genius and ambitious citizen of our country must not be suffocated on the alter of political and bureaucratic enforcement. The little boy’s ambition should be nurtured through qualitative education, and the group is ready to give the boy all the necessary support to make his dream a reality.
“We sincerely willing to offer him the scholarship  to encourage thousands of teenagers who are cerebral and ambitious. The leaders in Nigeria fail on their part to see the potential of the little boy. Therefore, De Raufs takes up the responsibility to safe the future of this great boy and not turning him to criminal.”

Meanwhile, information reaching  me form a very reliable source says, the airport manager in benin almost fought with the mother of Daniel yesterday when she went to Benin airport to answer some questions.

  2. Many thanks to the Rauf's .This is what the boy deserves. As for Arik airline, they should wait some years because Daniel will fly one of their planes as a pilot .
I am happy for Daniel ,I wish him the best and pray that God takes control of his affairs . I really appreciate his courage, guts and braveness . To the youths out there: don't try to do such a thing because it is not acceptable ,the airport security will not even allow you as they are now wide awake courtesy of Daniel who woke them up from a deep sleep. However Nigeria government should pls. better our lives with basic amenities if nothing more in order to prevent us from irrational behaviours .
I also want to appreciate Daniel in my little way, Here is a free dental treatment for Daniel from dental news.
    Congrats Daniel and family.
