President Jonathan Host Dinner To Celebrate Nollywood At 20 (PHOTOS)

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday Saturday March 2nd at the State House in Marina, Lagos hosted a presidential dinner to celebrate Nollywood at 20. First Lady Patience Jonathan was at the dinner as well as governors of Abia, Akwa Ibom and Anambra State.

Nollywood stars present at the dinner includes Genevieve Nnaji, Chidi Mokeme, Aki and Paw Paw, Olu and Joke Jacobs, Segun Arinze, Stephanie Linus, Patience Ozokwor, Zack Orji, Madam Kofo, Desmond Elliot, Chiwetalu Agu, Cynthia Amadi, Amaka Igwe, Dickson Iroegbu, Zeb, Chico Ejiro, Kunle Afolayan, Tunde Kelani, Andy Chukwu and  a host of others.

President Jonathan also used the opportunity to unveil a pictorial book titled 'Icons of Nollywood'.

Mr president promised to support Nollywood with the sum of N3 billion...Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom also promised to support the industry with the sum of  N50million.
