Ex-Governor of Lagos State Senator Bola Tinubu is set for surgery to correct a defect caused on one of his knees as a result of a previous sports injury and aggravation following rigorous political and family engagements.
His doctors have advised that despite his persistent reluctance that orthopaedic surgery is necessary at this time and August 5th has been slated for the surgery.
The former Governor of Lagos State and leading founder of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is expected to resume his normal political activities and public engagements following clearance from his doctors.
