Justice For Trayvon: Ebony Magazine Dedicates Four Separate Covers To ''Trayvon Martin''

In response to the watershed moment experienced by the Black community after the “not-guilty” verdict in the George Zimmerman trial, EBONY magazine has devoted four separate covers of the September 2013 issue to Trayvon Martin and explores the “Stand Your Ground” laws.

The four separate September cover issues each convey the message, “We Are Trayvon.” 

This groundbreaking September 2013 issue will explore concerns around racial bias, how to find solutions for those concerns and how to heal and move forward. This first cover features Trayvon's parents and his brother, Jahvaris Fulton.

  This second cover shown features Dwyane Tyrone Wade, Jr., nicknamed Flash or D-Wade, an American professional basketball player with his sons Zaire and Zion.

The third cover features Boris Kodjoe with son, Nicolas. Boris Frederic Cecil Tay-Natey Ofuatey-Kodjoe, better known as Boris Kodjoe, is an Austrian-born actor and former fashion model who works primarily in the United States.

And the forth cover features Spike Lee and his son, Jackson. Shelton Jackson "Spike" Lee is an American film director, producer, writer, and actor.
