J.Lo Divorce Deal Blows Up!

Divorce No. 3 is turning into an extremely messy affair for Jennifer Lopez. The American Idol judge is headed to court, and a rep for her ex-husband Ojani Noa tells Star that he is going to put her on the stand and demand to know if she was faithful to Marc Anthony during their seven-year union. J.Lo may then face a barrage of questions in court about the marriage and its deepest secrets.

As the actress' divorce heats up, rumors of infidelity — which have been rampant since she and Marc, both 42, jointly announced their split on July 15 — continue to swirl. "She fell out of love with Marc a long time ago," a source tells Star. "No matter what she said in public, in private it was a different story."

The prospect of being questioned in court about fidelity in her marriage appears to be adding up to a very unpleasant divorce — an even unhappier ending to an unhappy marriage. And now some members of J.Lo's inner circle are divulging just how miserable she was. Says a source, "Marc gave her the babies, and that's about it."
